Mobile-first platform for Central Asia connecting people through clubs, events, and community. Full product suite: user profiles, club management, event discovery, referral system, VIP tiers, and comprehensive admin analytics.
Live production platform with 1100+ user profiles, continuous feature deployment, and active user engagement metrics.
Build a social discovery platform that connects people in Central Asia through clubs and events. The platform needed to support multiple user journeys: browsing events, discovering people, creating/managing clubs, inviting friends through referrals, and managing a growing community with different tier levels (Free, Pro, VIP, Partner).
The product required careful UX thinking around trust, discovery, and community safety — users needed to feel comfortable engaging with strangers, and club organizers needed tools to manage their communities effectively.
Mobile-first design: VIZI users predominantly access via mobile (Android/iOS). Layout, typography, and interaction designed for thumb-reach and fast discovery.
Trust-focused UX: Profile verification badges, photo galleries, activity history, and user ratings build confidence for event attendees and club members.
Community incentives: Referral rewards, tier progression, and VIP perks encourage organic growth and user retention.
Admin transparency: Dashboards show real-time metrics (DAU, WAU, MAU, referral cascade) so founders/managers understand growth velocity and engagement.

Built a complete design system with 50+ components covering:
Frontend: React/Next.js for web, React Native concepts adapted for mobile
Backend: PostgreSQL on Railway with PostgREST API layer
Auth: Email, Telegram, Google, Apple OAuth flows
Storage: Cloudinary for image CDN and transformations
Notifications: Telegram bot bridge for push notifications
Deployment: Continuous integration with 50+ releases shipped
Referral mechanics matter: The cascade payout system (20/10/10/5/5 tiers) became central to growth. Users who understood they could earn from invites had much higher viral coefficient.
Tier psychology: VIP tier availability (even with limits) significantly increased perceived value. Users engaged differently when they knew they could reach higher tiers.
Telegram as growth channel: 51% of users connected Telegram accounts. Notifications + deep linking created a retention loop between app and TG community.
Trust through visibility: Photo galleries and activity history reduced friction in the "stranger danger" part of social discovery. Users felt safer inviting people with verified profiles.
